THE PROCESS 

Step 1: Fill out the application on our website and pay the $80 application fee. 

Step 2: Check your email and use the provided link to sign up for a time for a brief meeting with me to discuss your preferences for roommates and your unit. 

Step 3: I will send a lease for you to sign through your Innago account.

Step 4: Once you have signed your lease, I will send the lease to a guarantor for a signature. 

RENEWAL RATE

Students who renew their lease before December 1, 2021 (submitted application and lease turned in) will receive the renewal rate of $635/month. Only 12 month* leases are being offered. After December 1, students can still renew but the rate will be $650/month. 

*Residents graduating in 2023 are eligible for a 9 month lease. The 9 month lease rate is different than the 12 month rate. Please ask for details!
